Description

This position requires communication between studio and customer, studio and supplier ensuring all the artworks deliver on-time at the highest quality. He/She also requires to meet customers at random, depends on the project requirements and also suppliers if needed.

An account executive will work closely with the designer, copywriter, art director, programmer and finance to ensure the process run smoothly from start to end. This position required good communication and writing in English and Mandarin.

Communication

The daily task is to communicate with clients and designers to settle the artwork layout and following up issues. To ensure all the artworks deliver on-time.
Delivery Matter

Besides, the account executive requires to manage supplier production delivery time and quality issues before sending the goods to customers. Make sure on-time delivery.
